Paula Deen's Peanut Butter Balls
you will need
[measuring cups]
[a small bowl]
[a rubber spatula]
[a wooden spoon]
[a flat storage container]
[1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter]
[1/2 cup of honey]
and
[2/3 cup nonfat instant powered milk]
(I know it sounds gross)
1) Put the peanut butter, honey and powdered milk into a small bowl.
Use a spatula to scrape out the honey and peanut butter out of the measuring cups.
Stir well with a spoon.
Allow to chill for 2 hours.
2) Gently shape the peanut butter dough in to walnut size balls with the palms of your hands.
3) Refrigerate the balls in a flat storage container with a lid so that they will get very firm and won't break apart.
[Makes about 1 dozen balls]
(You can also put the peanut butter balls into a chocolate fondue pot)
enjoy!!!!!
